Surprise, guy whose main sona is a chest mimic really likes chest mimics and indentifies with them. IDK why. I just think they are cool, okay? Here are some that I have found or have had people tell me about. Always cool to see more mimics!

I think it is only appropiate to start this list with the OG. DND is where the chest mimic orignated from!... or what we can find. If anything it popularized the concept.

DARK SOULS

Wow! Look at this guy! I never played Dark Souls myself but I always really digged this design. It is so gritty and I just LOOVVVEE the arms n legs. freaky.

TERRARIA

This one was suggested to my sibling who LOVES terraria. Neat little guys. Look at them go!

FRIEREN: BEYOND JOURNEY'S END

Saw this one a lot on my search for chest mimics. It is a running gag in the anime that the character Frieren falls for the mimicry of the chests and falls into them. I managed to find a picture without her trapped in a mimic haha. While looking for images, I found theres a really cool Nendoroid of just the chest. Might get it one day if I have 40 bucks to spare lol.

ADVENTURE TIME

I forgot how I found this one but I remember it was on complete accident. This fella appears only briefly in one episode, "Dungeon". Look at him!! He barfs out treasure! Silly

THIS IS IT. MY FIRST INTRODUCTION TO CHEST MIMICS. CHESTER!!! I remember playing this game with my brother on our old laptop, and I was OBBSESSED with this guy!! I tried drawing him but Failed so I found this little toy chest we had and just put pieces of paper on it to make teeth and eyes. Lol. I love u chester

This is the third cyclops mimic on this list and i didnt even NOTICE!!!! Cool. I really like the gloves n spiked bracelets. Very stylish.

FINAL FANTASY IX

There are a lot of chest mimics throughout the FF series that range in appearence but I chose this guy cause I like his design more than the others. 'tis unique

There are other yugioh mimics but this one caught my eye the most. MAN that is a good design!!! Espically with the inner mouth that kind of spirals down. It's very neat.
